We built Business Loanz Online for New Zealand business owners who would rather do their finance from a screen than a branch — without losing the person on the other end.
Who we help
Trading businesses across Aotearoa — sole traders, companies and family-owned operations, from Northland to Southland — that want to apply for business finance online. Builders between progress payments, wholesalers waiting on supermarket invoices, clinics fitting out a second room, contractors clearing a GST balance, hospitality owners replacing equipment. If your banking is digital and your time is short, the online route usually suits.
We arrange finance for business purposes only: property-secured options from $20,000 to $5,000,000 (first and second mortgages and caveat-style security over residential or commercial property), and unsecured, cash-flow and line-of-credit options for trading businesses, typically $5,000 to $500,000. Past credit issues and IRD debt considered case by case.
What we believe about online lending
Software is brilliant at the repetitive parts: pulling bank data with your consent, matching a selfie to a licence, filling documents in correctly, tracking signatures. People are better at the rest: understanding what you actually need, choosing a lender whose policy fits, explaining a lumpy quarter, coordinating lawyers and valuers, and noticing when an email about "new bank details" does not smell right. We use both, deliberately.
